Blueshift by Joshua Dalzelle

The premise is interesting - a group of early space travelers end up coming back to a future Earth that is very different from the one we left. But the characters were all flat, and we kept being told that they were terrible, but not always shown that they were. I get that the idea was that regular people don't handle stress well, and it could have been really interesting; I just don't think that it was executed well.
