it seems like more world-building was added which is a good thing but also didn't quite mesh with the first book, like details was taken for granted that i wasn't expecting
i really like this world and i will forever be suffering that this book was written before i could walk and i am 20 now and still waiting for a sequel....
and i have to admit glynn & solen's whole romance subplot was *annoying* on the levels of anakin and padme in the prequel trilogy
