This is the first in a new YA series by Jordan Ford. Romantic/suspense is one of my favourite genres and the author didn't disappoint.
Chris (Christiana) is placed in witness protection, waiting to testify in a murder trial. She must play the role of a boy in a boarding school.
I enjoyed the mateship of the 3 boys she became friends with, all lost souls themselves. There was a lot of fun in school, along with drama, action and sweet love as Trey realised she was a girl. It was a crazy ride in the final chapters. Would she die? Would her friends be killed? Heart stopping moments, I couldn't put it down.
I was dreading a cliff hanger but it ended well and I really look forward to the next books in this series.
