This book, after reading it multiple times, and the whole series, is VERY bad for young girls and boy who read it. It shows a toxic relationship full of manipulation and abuse and romanticizes it as a broken love story. It is not okay what is done to Tessa! Tessa responds in awful ways and while she is the most forgivable part of the book, that dose not mean she is doing what is right for herself.

How many young adult readers will finish this book believing that the abusive bad boy romance is the best thing they could get in their life?

To any young girls that read this review... DO NOT THINK THAT WHAT HARDEN IS DOING IS OKAY! You can enjoy the story and the... sexy parts... but you deserve more than an abusive asshole. As long as you go into the book with that understanding you could save yourself pain in the future.
