It's fitting that Will's story is, essentially, the final chapter of the "Devil's Night" series. [a:Penelope Douglas|7139136|Penelope Douglas|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1480874868p2/7139136.jpg] incorporates so many moments from the previous stories and adds even more dimension to some of the characters that we already know and love. It's wonderful how, with each new chapter, these characters become even more rounded.
Emmy may be my least favourite FC from this series - though I can understand her reluctance to bring Will into her life - the fact that she fights so hard against him even after everything he does to prove how he feels for her... feels a bit selfish. That said, when the pair do come together in the end, it also feels that much more satisfying. And Will... it's really wonderful to see the growth of his character.
