This was my first love with Nicholas Sparks books and I think it will forever remain that way. In this novel he does such a good job of connection you to the characters, feeling what they're feeling, cheering and crying and getting pissed off. To me, this is a wonderful example of what a romance novel should be; not raunchy, lewd or shallow, but something meaningful.

If you're looking for something sweet to read this spring or summer, I recommend it!
