The book was immediately interesting, but the writing was….…..cringy and lazy, at times. I have more questions now than before.
The surplus of unnecessary details was the most frustrating thing (other than Adam, just being a yuck character). So many plot points were left unaddressed; contributing to a sense of unresolved intricacies
It was a page turner and kept me guessing, so I was willing to overlook the issues. But the ending plot twist was just huh? It felt like the author just wanted whatever has the biggest shock factor versus adding hints and details to the story.
