God this was actually terrible. I really liked Tis the Season for Revenge but this was hot garbage. It was so poorly edited that the location the story takes place changed several times. This was also like, 80% petty high school girl shit (all the girls are in their 20’s) and 20% romance. Plus the age gap was really gross. I usually don’t mind them but the fact the FMC was only a little older than the MMC’s daughter (and is young enough to be his daughter). Plus the way he literally compares the FMC to his daughter and says they are really similar?! EW. The whole revenge shit was SO cringey and ridiculously unbelievable. Plus the way the FMC is vaguely POC but it is literally never mentioned unless talking about how her skin complements neon colors. Like babe, that’s not diversity and representation if you don’t even make a single insinuation to how her life is impacted as the only POC working for solely rich white people. Like c’mon. Be so for real. But what else can you really expect from a mega swiftie 🙊
