The Power of Showing Up: How Parental Presence Shapes Who Our Kids Become and How Their Brains Get Wired by Tina Payne Bryson, Daniel J. Siegel

4.0

⭐️ 4.5, rounded down

This is a solid parenting book, for sure one of the better ones I’ve read. However, if you’ve already read other parenting books by Dan Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson, then you may not glean much new information from this book. It felt like a synopsis of their other books to me so at times it dragged. On the other hand, if you’ve never read any parenting books, this one would be a great place to start.
