I have no wordssss. I'm gagged. The hatred, the YEARNING, the tension!!! Perfection.
The plot and build up of this book kept me on my tippie toes and i loved every second of it. It's safe to say i absolutely DEVOURED this book.
I the Fmc and mmc in this book gave EVERYTHING.
The build of this world and the magick system was so intriguing and I genuinely didn't know what was going to happen. Elara was so clueless and naive at first but her character growth and pure rage absolutely ATE. And don't even get me started on Enzo. This man is simply perfection. All growly and grumpy, only to become completely enamoured by Elara and would crawl on his hands and knees for her, burn the whole world and murder anyone for her. Immediate swoon.
I'm scared for the next books, the reviews scare me but hopefully they won't disappoint. Queue anxious nail biting.
