Here are a couple quotes that paint a picture of this author's writing style:

• "I'm hoping to pursue my PhD here next fall - then, eventually, my master's."

The whole thing is fairly predictable, which is such a shame because the premise had promise. But eeks --- I suppose its one redeeming factor is that it's a quick read.
