Another great book in this series

Review previously placed on my blog:

I'm currently reading The red glacier by Julia Gray. This is the fourth book in The guardian cycle. I'm reading a copy lend from my father. Reading this for the Final Book Support Group Readathon for the prompts: continue a series you're unsure about & veteran sequel. Also reading this for r/Fantasy bingo with the prompt: sequel. This is an adult (I think more young adult, but okay) fantasy book series.

I have been reading this book series for years, but it is a very fun series to read in between heavier fantasy book series. The writing style is easy, which I really like. The story itself is very repetitive, every book is basically the same plot, but in a different location. Therefore it is a series that, I think, you need to read slow, otherwise it gets boring. Curious to see if this one will be different, but don't think so. Just a fun read in between.

Yeah it wasn't different. I think the last book will be though, so excited to read that one and finally finish the series.
