I generally like how Plath uses rhythm and rhyme, however this collection was not my favourite. I only had a couple poems that stood out to me, whilst most of them were more interesting technically. I particularly enjoyed the final longer poem which focuses on maternity, pregnancy and depression, supposedly inspired by Plath’s own experiences.
