Great book! Despite loving murder mysteries, I never read this as a kid. Just read it as an adult and it’s definitely a fun little mystery! It’s a good puzzle that introduces lots of tropes of the whodunnit genre, and I think it will be the perfect intro to whodunnits for my own kids in a few years.
My main complaint: The epilogue telling what happened 5 years and then several years later felt a bit tacked on; I would’ve liked to see a bit more character development along the way to solving the mystery.
