Amazing!! I love the prospect of exploring the stars and hunting down life--and this is the perfect book for it!
It's a relatively near future space travel epic that follows one flight of scientists on their mission to learn about life in the stars. For once, it's a book that explores earth-like planets where the goal isn't to inhabit or terraform the planets, but rather, these scientists have a leave-no-trace methodology and are purely seeking to expand our understanding of life and how and why it exists. The only lame part about this book is that their discoveries are sci-fi and not actual real-world answers!
