This book is all about secrets and manipulation, but who’s secrets and who’s manipulating whom. Even the title is misleading, I loved it. So many people to distrust and hate.  So many twists and turns. Chloe  Cooper who is admittedly a stalker and is fixated on her neighbor Jemma but she abhors Jemma’s husband Dr. Adam Spegler. One day Chloe witnesses Jemma getting struck and killed during her daily swim.

6 years later, a TV show airs called ‘It’s Criminal’ reenacting what unfolded all those years ago. What part did Chloe play and what was true.
