ardick88 's review for:
The Fury of the Gods
by John Gwynne
I am trying to write this review through tears.
What an amazing way to end a trilogy. This book was non-stop action from the get go. It made me hate characters I loved before and love characters I wanted gone. I had so much whiplash reading.
One thing I took from this book is the love a mom has for their children. This whole war really started because of mom’s wanting to protect their children.
Can we just say that Guovarr really is the most relatable character in the series? His thoughts during these books are the exact thoughts I had!! How he spoke about fear and how fighting wasn’t for him. So relatable. Minus his nasty nose issues.
John Gwynne is amazing. The stories he tells suck you in. Time to find another series of his to read
