Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers by Mary Roach

I thought I knew a lot about postmortem care - I definitely know more than most sane people, but I learned so much! The humor was an unexpected bonus, and it never felt disrespectful or inappropriate in regards to the subject matter. I definitely recommend this book to others who are interested in mortuary sciences and postmortem care.
