World building was great! I can easily picture this on a big screen. And I adored most of the characters, but I did struggle to continue at times. I would say the main reason was because I didn’t particularly care for Hilo or his chapters. I thoroughly enjoyed the last 15% of the book so I pushed my rating up a star.
