My Brother's Teammates by Melissa Ivers, Lasairiona McMaster

Charlotte moving in with her brother’s best friend and his teammates led to…feelings, new and old, rising to the surface.

I really liked seeing Jace’s side of things, where he expressed how he felt about Charlotte. He was a jerk at first, but that was because he had feelings for her from years ago, but he held off because of her brother.

Mateo and Roman were…well, they both had a bi-awakening. I mean, it was great, but there didn’t really seem to be a lead up to it. It was like they suddenly started noticing each other now, despite having been roommates and teammates for a while. It just seemed too fast. But I still liked their relationship.

Now, Harrison, Charlotte’s brother, was the worst. I get it; he’s her brother, so she’s off limits. But they’re adults. And he just became all pissy and an a**hole when he found out his sister was sleeping with his teammates. It was so irritating.

Anyway, this is an easy, low angst why choose hockey romance.
