juliettesmith 's review for:
Daisy Jones & The Six
by Taylor Jenkins Reid
(Closer to 4.5 for me)
I nearly put it down when I saw it was interview style the whole way through, but now I can’t imagine a better format for that story. Jenkins Reid wrote their dialogue perfectly, it read so naturally while still weaving the story together seamlessly.
There was one line a really liked: “It’s the ones who never loved you enough that come to you when you can’t sleep” (330). I thought that was kind of beautiful.
