This book took me about 80 pages before I got into the story. Once I did though, wow!

This story was gripping from that point on and kept you guessing till the last minute who the bad guy was and what was going to happen. I especially liked the character development that occurred with many of the characters in this book.

The plot twist in the book was amazing! I also found the mistakes made by these characters made them more believable and relatable.

It was suspenseful and gripping, but it is important to know that there are graphic parts to this thriller that may not be everyone's cup of tea. For me, I felt it added depth to the realness of the case they were trying to solve.

Erika grew the most for me and it makes me want to come back to read more stories of her.
