Our House Is on Fire: Scenes of a Family and a Planet in Crisis by Svante Thunberg, Beata Ernman, Greta Thunberg, Malena Ernman

"We don't have time to separate what has true meaning from all that is constantly distracting us, so everything just continues."

I love the way this book weaves the climate crisis into a family's day to day life. It makes clear that drastic change is necessary while honestly addressing how difficult it can be to make personal choices. Most of all I appreciate that it doesn't treat climate change as an issue independent of other societal problems.

I found it insightful and inspiring and would recommend it to anyone.

"They say that climate change deniers are idiots. But everyone is a climate change denier. Every single one of us."
