Audiobook (audible) - Fejo and Vanessa are the perfect alien human couple and their story is the best of this series thus far. Their individual character arch’s, goals, and abilities really come out in this story and compliment one another. Both are smart and strong in their own way and she surprises many along her mission to return to her sister on Earth. Fejo has had a tough life full of manipulation and is tired of being used by everyone he meets and is looking for someone to want him for him. He struggles with this fear when he is picked by Vanessa and discovers her nefarious plan to leave him for Earth. In the end, being fated mates changes both of their plans and leaves them facing enemies and new plans together.
