This story was amazing. I loved their development and I would have given it 5 stars but the last 70/100 pages were a lil slow and repetitive.
I personally loved how deeply flawed both of them were. Colin, who was always seen as perfect and kind, finally had some good personally. Especially in his 'ugly' moments, showing how much more he felt and was. He's not just a pretty face, he's a unsatisfied man deeply jealous of people who have goals and deeply disgusted with himself. and I ATE IT UP.
Penelope, finally, understood how good she was and even in her annoying moments i was rooting for her. Lady Danbury is always a girlboss and I loved every interactions between the bridgertons.
It was so good. So lovable. Felt real. Besides, I love to see how every bridgerton has a soft spot for our Pen.
(I'm guilty bc I'm down bad when she's a girlboss and I love when Colin is mad).
Really a good read.
