Dragon Falls (How to Tame a Husband) is a gay cozy fantasy about an ordinary guy who gets transported into a fantasy world where he is mistaken as a despicable dragonrider and husband to the dragon’s tamer. He must charm the townsfolk, the dragon, and his husband if he ever wants to survive long enough to return home. It’s a tough job when the villainous person he is mistaken for is so widely despised.

I really enjoyed this book with its humor and heart. Touted as an ordinary guy crashing into a cozy fantasy, I’d actually more accurately describe it as an ordinary guy turning an epic fantasy into a cozy fantasy. To compare, it’s as a cozier and less raunchy Tales From Verania (by TJ Klune). It was just a whole lot of fun to read. Told from both their perspectives, Feliks and Marek are both men you can root for and whose romance you want to work. Ordinary guy Feliks was just hilarious and ridiculous and all over the place while dragon tamer Marek is a gruff softie. If you want a zany romcom with dragons, this is the right pick for you.

Dragon Falls is a gay cozy fantasy romance that is light-hearted, funny, and ridiculous.
