I was inspired by Hozier's "Eat Your Young" to read the short book by Swift - it's satirical, funny and also deeply disturbing.
Quotes: "I could name a whole country which would be glad to eat up our whole nation without it [salt]"  very interesting when put into context the future for growing Irish/British tensions in the 1800s
