I can’t believe this series sat unread on my shelves for so many years! I adored it! Perry and Aria are now one of my favorite couples. Aria and Roar’s friendship reminds me a lot of Juliette and Kenji’s from Shatter Me. Cinder has a little bit of an Eleven from Stranger Things vibe going on. The whole story gave me Shatter Me vibes at times. It’s exactly what I wanted from a classic YA dystopian series 🙌🏻 If you haven’t read this one, pick it up already!!
