I’ve read other books by this author and love how funny she is. She writes hysterical dialogue in her books that usually has me crying. This one was different. There weren’t many funny moments, it seemed rushed, the break up period was towards the end of the book and it was rushed. I know the genre calls for love at the end, and I wanted stronger female characters who are treated like garbage to hold their ground in all her other books, but the one who does push it is in the wrong. That was disappointing. The way they got back together and he was still treating her kind of poorly when the story ended was so disappointing. I feel like this wasn’t her best book and it was a waste of 515 pages.
