Wow, the racism and heteronormativity really do get a bit sickening. Also, if miscegenation is so disgusting, an "abomination", then why does Eddings have most of his female characters have interracial marriages???
Also, I forgot how much I dislike the way he portrays Ehlana. And how old is Sparhawk anyway? I try not to think of him as older than about mid-30's, which is only twice Ehlana's age. Which is gross.
Grosser is that he RAISED HIS OWN WIFE. WTF Eddings. WTF Mrs Eddings. Clearly you are the basis of all of his nearly identical female characters (small and devious, vomit), and you helped him write these books.
