Summer Wedding by Sarah Morgan

4.0

Summer Wedding is not your typical Sarah Morgan romantic escapism. Set in Corfu, Catherine is a successful author who is stuck in a rut. Her 2 daughters used to be close but for reasons I can’t mention (spoilers!) have drifted apart. Adeline is a successful doctor who also writes agony Aunt style columns and Cassie is an aspiring author who is writing about her parents romance. When Catherine announces she’s getting married again, Adeline doesn’t want to go but Cassie wants to revel in the romance of it. But all is not as it seems and it takes a lot of heart to hearts and explaining for the truth to be uncovered. Can they repair their relationships before the secrets destroy them?

All in all a good book, great characters and a bit more depth to the story than your typical rom com. I just don’t get on as well with books that have multiple POVs from different characters and I wasn’t mentally prepared for anything other than pure escapist romance! Worth a read though, as all Sarah’s books are.

The book was provided to me for free by NetGalley in return for an honest review.
