A few things I THINK Pierce Brown did to brainstorm during series:
* Trained for an Iron Man AND
* enjoyed weekly 60 minutes sessions of Hot Yoga AND
* Took audio notes while using his battle ropes.
Because this series so far via audible feels like an enormous adrenaline rush. And all I can think is how many more times can Darrow get hurt/almost die/get his heart broken before he finds some form of happily ever after? OMG, there are 4. More. Books?! Well my 2020 audible plans are now pretty obvious...
I think the general Goodreads rating rings true. Mid 4ish/5
