Alexi story felt heavy
When reading mafia stories you expect a level of darkness but this felt darker. Ivan was really the cruelest character we have come across in the series. Alexi and the other kidnapped boys suffered so horribly that at times I felt myself putting down the book not wanting to read more. I am glad Alexi found love and as always I am ready for the next book in the series.
