A Clash of Kings by George R.R. Martin

4.0

The first book was pretty awesome, so obviously I had pretty high expectations of the next one. The first part of this book was slightly uneventful, which then led to a 3 month pause in reading, but it got better later on. We meet new characters, things start to develop (kind of).
I really loved reading the chapters from the female perspective, especially Sansa. Cersei said some pretty quotable stuff, Theon just gets on your nerves, Tyrion does some pretty badass stuff towards the end, which made me respect him even more... But the first part was just bo-ring. They say the next book's better :).

EDIT: I expected more Daenerys chapters. Seriously. Not enough.
