This was a fantastic story that I almost never felt bored reading, and the ending was fantastic -- that's becoming a recurring theme with Erikson's writing. Erikson isn't afraid to completely leave the two storyline's we've already seen in this series so far, and while I was skeptical at first, it definitely paid off. The increased use of humor through Tehol and Bugg was well welcomed, and Erikson continues to add new ideas to his world that I struggle to pick up quickly, which is fun.
