An interesting take on events after The Great Gatsby where his sister comes back only to stumble on a murder.
I read The Great Gatsby in school and found myself Not liking most of the characters. Which is kind of the point: they are horrible people.
Much the same here. Characters made to be disliked. Greta is pretty nice as the heroine but I soap found myself wanting to scream at her. The setting is fun though I wish they explored more outside the Gatsby home.
All in all, not great but not terrible and anyone who likes a mystery and the roaring 20’s will enjoy.
