I really got into this one! I thought the plot was evenly paced and while I was annoyed with Molly, I understood her nuances as being part of the horrific background she experienced. I thought I had the “bad guy” figured out but LOVED the twist! And while the ending was nicely wrapped up, I thought it was appropriate for Molly’s story. This is my first book with the Det. Rita Myers, but she was the STAR of the book. I’m definitely going to check out the other novels!
