It's so well done I couldn't help rating it a 4.5 even though it disturbs me so much. It's nauseating and it infuriates me. I, for one will not recommend anyone to read it if they're not 100% sure they could handle the subject. It is told in a very graphic manner that I had to take a week break from this book. It hits me hard because I've experienced this. I've went through the emotional and sexual abuse from a teacher. I know first hand how it all feels. If I have read this book around 6/7 years ago, fresh from my experience with that teacher, I would not be okay. Because the characters felt real to me. It's so well-written from the victim's POV, it depicts so well how the manipulation works.

Will never re-read this but it made me think and reflect.
