Like the second book, this one does an excellent job of delivering a compelling plot with unexpected twist and an intricate series of characters. It is refreshing to see the protagonists grow in noticeable ways and address major character flaws that have been key aspects of their struggles in previous books. Since a lot of the book revolves around a court case and the spy activities surrounding the trial, there are a lot of new characters connected in complicated ways that can be difficult to keep track of. Nevertheless I enjoyed the book and will keep listening to this series.
