Entangled
by Rebecca Quinn
I was unprepared for the ways in which this story broke me. While I loved seeing Eden grow and gain more confidence in herself, the level of angst within the various relationships - romantic and platonic - increased incrementally until the big climax. It was beautiful and tragic and bittersweet all at once. I’m here for it! The spice level went up quite a bit from book one. I liked getting to know more about each MMCs backgrounds a bit, especially as it related to the plot. The new people in this book are a mixed bag of trustworthy and not, and some are still TBD. It added some tension while also giving new opportunities for personal development on several of the characters. The cliffhanger was devastating and brilliant, and I can’t wait for the last book
