I have my problems with movie novelizations. This is a story written to be told as a film, as as such it doesn't really work as a novel.
But I still enjoyed my time with the audiobook, I love the story, the characters, the world. There were some great nuggets of extra scenes, moments, and the internal thoughts of some characters. That being said, for the most part the way it was written through the all the main plot points did not add anything new. With a novel you have the opportunity to really delve into the character motivations and internal conflicts, but it felt very skimmed. I was disappointed.
