Meh, not my favorite. Glad I read it but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone over Jurassic Park. I know that sounds like I'm just picking the more popular book, but I honestly liked the story a bit more in Jurassic Park. I cared more about the characters. In Congo, there was basically only one main character who I really liked, and that was Amy, and even she could get annoying at times. I'm not mad I read it, and if I'm sure if you like the more information dump kind of story than a super engaging plot you would like it. Would recommend to very particular people.
