So beautiful and so well written!
Although the pacing in this book is at times a bit jarring, I really loved this novel.
The characters, you fall in love with them. (Or despise)
The setting of this book evokes many emotions, Kristin is very deft at making you feel as if you were there with Vianne and Isabelle.
Although is a work of fiction, I totally recommend this work to anyone that wants to learn about what it was like to live in those times because WW2 should always be remembered in order to make great strides in life.
