Me (Moth) by Amber McBride

5.0

Type of read: Commuter Read

What made me pick it up: The cover art caught my eye and it's been a while since I've read lyrical/poetry. Makes my heart happy.

Overall rating: Beautifully written. 'Me (Moth)' is a hauntingly intimate story of finding where you belong in this great big world, even if it's not the answer you want to accept. I one hundred percent recommend 'Me (Moth)' and I feel like having enjoyed it in the audio version, with narration by the author, was a great way to get the entire story.

"Everything I wore was borrowed, even my time felt borrowed."

"It's hard to be what everyone wants when living feels like haunting."
