Enjoyable, but I'm quickly coming to realize that Gladwell's books are pretty formulaic - mostly a bunch of case studies and some summarized research around a central theme. Like any such book, they should always be taken with a grain of salt. The theory that some Bible scholars have about the David and Goliath story that he shared was interesting to consider, albeit based entirely off of conjecture. The idea that the same adverse circumstances can produce the successful underdog as the ones that produce the most depressed, most troubled, etc. is also a compelling idea, if rendered a bit clinical here, especially towards the end of the book.
