Unless you're a medieval scholar, you'll probably only want to read the last several stories: The Quest for the Grail, Lancelot and Gwenevere, and The Death of Arthur. But the Norton edition also contains some interesting excerpts that provide more information on actual rituals of knighthood, and I found them incredibly interesting.
