A truly heartwarming Christmas read, reminding me of what's really special during the festive period.
This book reminded me of The Archers, I really liked that it was based in a small town in the Cotswold countryside.
I've read lots of Christmas books and most of them are good but can be quite surface level. This book has depth and made me think of those that don't have perfect families and struggle with Christmas. It had no spice, a major plot twist and a hint of romance without it being the main storyline.
