“my name is victoria spring. i think you should know that i make up a lot of stuff in my head and then get sad about it. i like to sleep and i like to blog. i am going to die someday.”
scrambled musings that i'm too tired to organize:
- there's no way tori's not autistic
- michael's character development was actually amazing
- how was this written by a 17 year old??
- the language was definitely way too much and felt gratuitous and uneeded
- why am i like this, by orla gartlund, is definitely tori's theme song
- the ed rep?? omw?? it was actually so well done??
- unpopular opinion but nick and charlie seem to have a bit of a weird power dynamic that borders on being infantilizing
- i would have liked if this was longer and if we got more time with the characters tbh
- i also really liked how none of the lgbtq characters felt like they were there for diversity's sake. they all were fleshed out, and were genuinely interesting characters who weren't just token gay characters
cws: suicide ideation, an allusion to a suicide attempt, self harm, anorexia, ocd, arson, multiple lgbtq characters, underage drinking, brief mentions of sex, frequent strong language
