Llevame, río, hasta el mar
El latido de mi corazón es tu cantal
I. Loved. Every. Hermoso. Second. Benigno and Río felt so real. Anything I say about this story’s beauty wouldn’t do it justice. (Seriously, I’ve typed so many thoughts and deleted them again only to sit here and stare at my phone like an idiot.)
Borrowed this from Libby on audio. The soon after borrowed the ebook so I could research the Spanish as well as see the stunning illustrations. I’m embarrassed to admit I didn’t realize there was a very detailed glossary in the back so, like a dummy, I paused the audio to copy the Spanish into Google Translate every time it came up. [Facepalming hard] Totally worth it tho.
Physical copy purchased and in transit so I can hug this precious story the way I wanted to the entire time I was reading it.
