This book is about a kid who loves maths and physics - he writes the chapter numbers to prime numbers due to his love of maths. He finds out that his neighbour's dog is killed! He spends time investigating what could have been the cause of the death. He then finds his mother is dead and soon finds his 'dead' mother's letters from his father's room. His father then confesses that he killed that dog and the main character runs away to his mother's house.
